About Us

Renewal Choir seeks to expose its audiences and membership to vibrant, high quality gospel music experiences.  Simply put, we are people united in our passion for gospel music and the powerful message of hope that it conveys.

Renewal Choir provides a unique opportunity for its members to experience technical music development, community service, social enrichment and personal and spiritual growth – all under one non-denominational umbrella.  Choir membership is offered on an individual basis and members are drawn from a multitude of church and non-church backgrounds.  Though we have an “open” membership policy, we are unambiguous about Renewal Choir’s Christian mission, ethos, values and song repertoire.

At least once a year we strive to host a big citywide concert celebration event where we get together with other artists from the gospel music industry to make a joyful noise.
